E29(mini) How to Avoid Burnout as a Legal Representative

SHOW NOTES

🎙Welcome to The Applicant Podcast.  I’m your host, Rebecca Tripp. I’ve graduated from five (5) post-secondary school programs (attending both university and college), I own my own law office now and no, I’m not a lawyer. I’m a licensed paralegal and immigration consultant and on this YouTube channel/podcast, I want to discuss education, immigration, and the law. 🇨🇦

In this mini-solo episode, I discuss practical and actionable ways to avoid burnout! In the legal industry, our jobs can be very demanding at times and I think it’s better to try and avoid burnout than pretend like it won’t happen if we just ignore the signs! In summary, know your priorities, make a list and really be mindful of managing your time! “Quit Quitting” is not an option for many of us running our own businesses, so be proactive with your mental health!
