SHOW NOTES
🎙Welcome to The Applicant Podcast. I’m your host, Rebecca Tripp. I’ve graduated from five (5) post-secondary school programs (attending both university and college), I own my own law office now and no, I’m not a lawyer. I’m a licensed paralegal and immigration consultant and on this YouTube channel/podcast, I want to discuss education, immigration, and the law. 🇨🇦Â
In this episode, I speak with Canadian-Kiwi Lawyer, Adrian J. Carter. We discuss his education (including his time in the Paralegal Program at Fleming College), his transfer to university, law school, and then his legal career. He also worked for the public sector in New Zealand during COVID, and so I got to ask him, “What was it like being on the government side of COVID restrictions… in New Zealand?!” He also gives advice to those interested in the public sector and/or looking to change jurisdictions. It is one of The Applicant Podcasts longer episodes and worth listening to every minute!
